Terms of Service

01Acceptance of terms

Welcome to Go4Lead.tech ("Go4Lead," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or the "user") and Go4Lead.tech, governing your access to and use of our websites, applications, and products, including Relay, Studio, and Pandit AI (together, the "Services").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree," booking a demo that leads to paid access, or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and "you" refers to that entity.

02Definitions

• Account: the registered profile through which you access a paid or trial Service.
• Content: any data, images, text, prompts, files, or other material you upload, submit, or generate through the Services.
• Output: any results the Services produce for you, including generated images (Studio), analytics and reports (Relay), and responses (Pandit AI).
• Subscription: a recurring paid plan for one or more Services.
• Third-Party Services: services not operated by us that integrate with or are used alongside our Services (for example, Meta advertising platforms and payment processors).

03The services

Go4Lead.tech is a product studio that builds focused software tools. Our current Services include:

• Relay: a Meta Ads tracking tool that aggregates advertising data to provide real-time attribution, return-on-ad-spend (ROAS), spend, and reporting.
• Studio: an image-generation tool that transforms raw product or apparel photographs into studio-grade imagery for e-commerce use.
• Pandit AI: an AI-powered consultation product that provides conversational, personalised guidance.

We may add, modify, combine, or discontinue Services and features over time. The specific features available to you depend on the plan you select.

04Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, or if your access has been previously suspended or terminated by us.

05Accounts

To access certain Services you must register for an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• all activity that occurs under your account; and
• notifying us promptly at grow@go4lead.com of any unauthorised use or security breach.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

06Plans & billing

Access to paid Services is provided on a subscription or usage basis, as agreed between you and us. Pricing is quoted based on your scale and use case; please contact us for a quote.

• Fees. You agree to pay all fees for the plan you select, plus applicable taxes (including GST where applicable).
• Billing cycle. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
• Payment. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors. You authorise us and our processors to charge your chosen payment method.
• Late or failed payment. We may suspend or restrict access if a payment fails or is overdue.
• Changes to pricing. We may change our fees; we will give reasonable notice before any change affects a renewing subscription.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

• use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive purpose;
• upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, or that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• misrepresent generated imagery in a way that is deceptive to consumers or violates advertising standards;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract the source code or underlying models of the Services;
• interfere with, disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems;
• resell, sublicense, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted;
• use the Services to build a competing product, or to train competing machine-learning models; or
• violate the terms, policies, or platform rules of any Third-Party Service (including Meta).

We may investigate and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination, for any violation.

08Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the Content you upload. By using the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and modify your Content solely as necessary to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services for you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to your Content, including rights to any products, logos, trademarks, or persons depicted in images you upload to Studio, and that our use of your Content as described will not violate any law or third-party right.

Subject to your plan, and unless you have agreed otherwise, we do not use your Content to train foundational models offered to other customers.

09Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, the Go4Lead.tech, Relay, Studio, and Pandit AI names and brands, and all related intellectual property, are owned by Go4Lead.tech or our licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are transferred.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, and to the extent permitted by law and the capabilities of underlying providers, we assign to you the rights we hold in the Output generated specifically for you (such as Studio images), so that you may use it for your commercial purposes.

10AI & generated content

You must not present AI-generated imagery or responses in a manner that is misleading, that falsely implies a real endorsement, or that violates applicable advertising, consumer-protection, or platform rules. You are solely responsible for how you use Output.

11Pandit AI, important notice

Responses from Pandit AI are generated by artificial intelligence and reflect patterns in data, not fact or certainty. By using Pandit AI you acknowledge and accept this nature of the Service.

12Third-party services

The Services may connect to or rely on Third-Party Services, such as Meta advertising platforms (for Relay) and payment processors. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Third-Party Services, and we do not control changes they may make to their platforms, APIs, or data availability, which may affect our Services.

When you connect a Third-Party Service, you authorise us to access and process the data necessary to provide the relevant Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13Service availability & changes

We strive to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and will endeavour to give reasonable notice of material changes that adversely affect paying customers.

14Termination

You may stop using the Services and cancel your Subscription at any time in accordance with our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law, will continue to apply.

15Disclaimers of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all Output are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce any particular business, marketing, or personal result.

16Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go4Lead.tech and its team, officers, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the applicable Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

17Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go4Lead.tech and its team from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any applicable mandatory law, the courts at [your city], India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services. Before initiating any formal proceeding, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute by contacting grow@go4lead.com.

19Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
