We are committed to handling your data responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and, where applicable, other regional privacy laws. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
02Data we collect
a. Information you provide
- Account & contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name, and role, for example when you book a demo, register, or contact us.
- Billing details: billing name, address, and tax information. Card and payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment processors, not stored by us.
- Content you upload or submit: product/apparel images (Studio), prompts and messages (Pandit AI), and configuration you provide to the Services.
- Communications: messages, support requests, and feedback you send us.
b. Information collected automatically
- Usage data: features used, actions taken, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, and referring URLs.
- Cookies & similar technologies: as described in the Cookies section.
c. Information from third parties
- Connected advertising accounts: when you connect Meta advertising accounts to Relay, we access advertising performance data (such as campaigns, spend, impressions, clicks, and conversions) through Meta's APIs, subject to your authorisation and Meta's terms.
- Payment processors: transaction status and limited billing metadata.

- provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services;
- process your inputs and deliver Output (analytics, images, and responses);
- set up accounts, process payments, and manage subscriptions;
- respond to your requests and provide customer support;
- monitor, analyse, and improve the performance, reliability, and features of the Services;
- detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues;
- send you service-related communications and, where permitted, relevant updates (you can opt out of marketing at any time); and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
05Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on one or more of the following: your consent; the performance of a contract with you; our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Services (balanced against your rights); and compliance with legal obligations. Under the DPDP Act, we process personal data of data principals primarily on the basis of consent or for legitimate uses permitted by law. 08Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You may request deletion of your data as described below, subject to legal and operational requirements.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure, to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 11International data transfers
We and our service providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable law and our contractual safeguards.
12Children's privacy
The Services are not directed to children under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
